TIBINT offers comprehensive Reputation Management services to help businesses monitor, manage, and enhance their online reputation. Our services include:

These services are designed to improve your business’s visibility and reputation in the digital marketplace.

2. Service Specifics

2.1 Feedback Collection and Review Requests

  • TIBINT facilitates the collection of customer feedback through automated communication channels such as email and SMS. You are required to provide accurate and lawful contact information for your customers to enable this process.
  • All communications with your customers, including review requests, must comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

2.2 Review Monitoring and Reporting

  • We monitor customer reviews across various online platforms, compiling feedback into detailed reports.
  • TIBINT provides insights and actionable recommendations based on the aggregated data to help you improve your online reputation.

2.3 Customization

  • TIBINT offers branding and customization options, ensuring that the Reputation Management services integrate seamlessly with your business’s identity and existing communication strategies.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Customer Data

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and lawful customer contact information. You must ensure that all data provided to TIBINT for the purposes of this service is collected and shared in compliance with relevant privacy laws.
  • You agree not to use the service for unsolicited or unauthorized marketing communications and must obtain any necessary consents from your customers before sending review requests.

3.2 Compliance with Laws

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Reputation Management services complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection, consumer protection, and electronic communication regulations.

3.3 Content and Conduct

  • You are solely responsible for the content of any feedback requests, review responses, or other communications sent through the Reputation Management services.
  • You agree not to engage in any deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent activities in connection with the use of these services.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Pricing

  • The fees for Reputation Management services are outlined in your service agreement or invoice. These fees are charged on a monthly basis.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the beginning of each month for that month’s service. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

5. Termination and Refunds

5.1 Month-to-Month Service

  • Reputation Management services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate the service at any time with written notice. The service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will cease.

5.2 No Refunds

  • Due to the month-to-month nature of the service, no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services. Refunds are generally not provided, as the service is billed on a short-term basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Guarantee of Specific Results

  • While TIBINT will use its expertise to enhance your online reputation, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as an increase in positive reviews or improvement in ratings. Results may vary based on various factors, including customer behavior and platform policies.

6.2 Liability Cap

  • TIBINT’s liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question during the three-month period preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

7.1 Confidential Information

  • TIBINT will treat all data and information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required to perform the services or as mandated by law.

7.2 Data Processing

  • Your customer data will be processed in accordance with industry-standard data protection practices. TIBINT will ensure that all data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

TIBINT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services following such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
